I am moved by the power of sculpture and the flow of life that the artists represent in their work. I try to throw my imagination onto the art piece as if I were a contemporary exhibitor who revives these masterpieces by exploring and challenging the limitations of the original sculpted form. The process of reproduction by utilizing the magic of light and of colour on the canvas allows me to convey not only my admiration for the work but also enables my imagination to explore the “glow” of reimagining these historical works.
